I signed up on PRO FX the whole setup process felt more tiring than it needed to be. Verification took longer than I expected, and I had to upload my documents again because they didn’t go through properly the first time. Support did get back to me, but not exactly quickly, and by that point I was already kind of worn out from dealing with it. It worked in the end, but it wasn’t the best first impression

I had an issue with my PRO FX account, so I reached out to support thinking it would be a fairly simple fix. Instead, I sat around waiting for days, and when they finally got back to me it felt like a copy-paste reply that barely addressed what I actually said.
I sent more details like they asked, but then it was just more waiting and no real answer. It felt like they kept moving the goalposts instead of just helping me solve the problem. Once you’re signed up, it really doesn’t feel like they’re in any rush to care.

Signing up was straightforward, which I appreciated, I guess. But once I got into the charges, they didn’t feel as clear as they should’ve been, and the total ended up being higher than I expected. It’s not a bad service from what I can tell, but the pricing definitely left me feeling a bit unsure...

I’ve been using profx.com for a little while now, and uh, my withdrawals have gone through without any major issues. They weren’t instant, but they did arrive around when they said they would. One payout took a bit longer than expected, but support got back to me when I asked about it. Overall, it’s been reliable enough for me — I just wish it was a little faster sometimes.

I’ve been using profx.com for a bit now, and overall I’d say it’s a solid platform for what it offers. It’s easy to navigate, loads well most of the time, and I haven’t had many issues with crashes. There are still a few small things they could clean up, but for the most part, it feels worth using.
